What does my child need for attending these classes?
It is very easy to join the BookGuru classes. The only requirements for class are:
- Laptop/Desktop/Tablet
- Stable internet connectivity
- Working mic and camera
Can my child attend classes on a mobile phone?
We recommend using a laptop/desktop/tablet for attending classes instead of a mobile. Children are able to see the content more comfortably and better participate in class activities when they are using a larger screen.
What if I have to cancel or reschedule a 1-on-1 class?
If your child is not able to attend a class for some reason, please contact the BookGuru team to reschedule the session. We require an advance notification of a minimum of 48 hours prior to the start of class.
Can I pause my child’s 1-on-1 classes when needed, for example when the child is having exams?
We understand that you may need to pause classes for various personal reasons. Please contact the BookGuru team in order to pause your child’s scheduled classes. We require an advance notification of a minimum of 48 hours prior to the start of class.
What if my child is unable to attend a group class?
Group classes can’t be paused or rescheduled for an individual child. However, a recording of the class will be provided for the missed session.
