What is needed to attend these classes?
It is very easy to join the BookGuru classes. The only requirements for class are:
- Laptop/Desktop/Tablet
- Stable internet connectivity
- Working mic and camera
Can classes be attended on the mobile phone?
We recommend using a laptop/desktop/tablet for attending classes instead of a mobile. Content is seen more comfortably and there is better participation in class activities when using a larger screen.
What if I have to cancel or reschedule a 1-on-1 class?
Please contact the BookGuru team to reschedule the session. We require an advance notification of a minimum of 48 hours prior to the start of class.
Can I pause the 1-on-1 classes when needed?
We understand that you may need to pause classes for various personal reasons. Please contact the BookGuru team in order to pause your scheduled classes. We require an advance notification of a minimum of 48 hours prior to the start of class.
What if I have to cancel or reschedule a group class?
If a child is unable to attend a group class, it cannot be rescheduled.
Can I pause the group classes when needed?
Group classes cannot be paused.
