Competition Overview
Date: 18th to 23rd November 2024 (6 days)
Location: Online (Zoom)
Competition Details
- On Monday 11th November 2024, time slots of the competition (by grade) will be shared with all participants
- The time slots provided will be during the competition dates 18th to 23rd November 2024 (6 days) between 4-8pm (IST) during the week and 9am-5pm (IST) on the weekend
- At the shared time slot, participants will be required to login to a Zoom link with a live panel of judges
- Each participant will be asked to spell different words out aloud (verbally, nothing will be written)
- Finalists will compete on Saturday 23rd November 2024

Who can enter the competition?
Any child who is currently in LKG to Grade 3 can enter the competition.
What do I need for the competition?
You will need the following:
- A computer or tablet with stable internet connectivity
- A computer or tablet with working mic and camera
- Parent/Guardian who can assist with technical/procedural requirements
How much does the competition cost?
Enrolment fee is Rs.699 (Early Bird price) per student till 21st October 2024.
Enrolment fee from 22nd October 2024 till 06th November 2024 is Rs.799.
Registration closes at midnight on 06th November 2024.

Where will the competition be held?
The competition will take place online on Zoom (with a live panel of judges).
Where can I get practice material?
We do not provide any practice material.
A Tip: Have your child(ren) practice spelling words out aloud. Make sure that the words are appropriate for their grade and above.
Can I get a refund?
Once payment has been processed, a refund will not be given under any circumstances. Therefore, please ensure that the participant is available on the dates and time of the competition.
Will certificates be provided?
Certificates, along with the prize money, will be awarded to the winners and runners-up for each grade.
What is your policy on cheating?
Disqualification Criteria:
- If the participant is assisted in any way (without the judge’s permission) during the live sessions it will be deemed as cheating, and the participant will be disqualified.
- If the participant switches between any screens on the computer other than the Zoom screen on which we are conducting the live sessions it will be deemed as cheating, and the participant will be disqualified.
- If the participant moves away from the screen at any time during the live sessions it will be deemed as cheating, and the participant will be disqualified.
- If the participant does not follow the instructions of the judges during the live sessions it will be deemed as cheating, and the participant will be disqualified.
